• This is a prebiotic - a product that helps promote and support microbial diversity.
• It does NOT contain live bacteria. It contains a soluble short-chain carbohydrate (a type of fibre) which nourishes that good bacteria in your gut. 
• This product increases Bifidobacterium (a good bacteria), short-chain fatty acids and aims to improve the overall composition of the gut microbiome.
  
• We all have hundreds of different bacterial strains in our gut. These microorganisms (collectively called the gut microbiota) play an important role in maintaining our overall health and well-being.
• Studies show that bacteria in our gut can influence our skin and this product aims to support and nurture our good bacteria. 
• This product is heat-stable so you can mix it into hot drinks. 

Ingredients

Serving size: 2g (0.5 tsp)
Servings per container: 45

Galactooligosaccharides (milk) — 2g per serving.

Dosage

Mix 2g (0.5 tsp) daily into 200ml of water or another beverage, hot or cold. Stir and take with or without food.

If new to this product, start with 1g and slowly increase to 2g to help prevent abdominal discomfort.
