Skin Infections
Crusty yellow, or weeping skin is a sign of infection. Eczema makes skin vulnerable to infection. Infections can also make your eczema flare. If you have a skin infection you should see a doctor as you may need antibiotics. This collection of antiseptic washes and bath oils can help people with recurrent skin infections, by reducing bacteria on the skin and preventing repeated infections. Buy new pots of moisturisers as these can be a source of the infection. Make sure you wash your hands before using a moisturiser. If your moisturiser is a tub (rather than a pump dispenser) use a clean spoon to remove it from the tub.
