Why We Chose This Product

• Octensian is an antiseptic wash (soap substitute). 
• Ocetnisan contains octenidine, an antiseptic ingredients. This help remove bacteria from the skin and prevent skin infections in eczema.
• Octenisan is useful for people who have recurrent infections of their eczema.
• It can be used in the bath or shower.
• It is soap free and non-foaming.
• This product contains no fragrances or colourings, so it is less likely to cause an allergic reaction (contact allergy) to the skin.
• Suitable for adults and children over the age of 3
• Octenisan does contain some detergent, so we usually prefer Dermol 500 as a first line antiseptic wash. 

Cautions

• Octenisan does contain some preservatives and detergents so there is a small risk of allergic reaction or irritation. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients listed.
• Octenisan can sometimes irritate the skin. We therefore advise NOT to use this as a moisturiser (always wash it off after using). 
• Avoid contact with the eyes.

Ingredients

Aqua, Cocamidopropylamine oxide, PEG-7 Glyceryl cocoate, Glycerin, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Lactic acid, Octenidine HCl, Allantoin

Directions

• Apply onto a wash cloth, apply to the skin, leave for 1 minute, and then wash off in the shower or bath
