Questmoor Pharmacy is an independent run pharmacy based in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire. We have been serving the community for over 30 years and take a pride in ensuring that all of our customers receive the best quality of care.

For orders over £30 delivery will be offered without any additional cost.
The postal charges for some countries/areas can exceed what?s mentioned on the Questmoor Pharmacy delivery site therefore in such instances we reserve the right to request for the deficient value to meet the full postal cost before dispatching the order.
You will be contacted directly with regards to the orders made.
Questmoor Pharmacy will notify you by e-mail of any orders that are to be delivered only to a billing address.
The customer would be eligible for a refund if the postal or courier service returns the order to Questmoor Pharmacy due to not being collected. However, the refund will not include the postal charges incurred in releasing this order. The order will be annulled, and the customer will be notified accordingly.
Any delivery of an order that does not take place within 15 days of placing the order should be notified to Questmoor Pharmacy in writing.
If a product packaging or product itself is damaged during the delivery process, Questmoor Pharmacy will not be held accountable for the operation of delivery is beyond our control.

The prices declared are inclusive of UK VAT.

In the event of the unavailability of the requested product, you will be notified immediately. You will either not be charged or given a refund.
Customers are advised to read the description provided under each product before finalising their purchase.
Returns
Returns:
Unopened items can be submitted for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Prior authorisation is to be obtained to ensure the rebate.
Items of which the seal appears to be broken or open packages will not be accepted for refund or exchange(replacement).
You will receive your refund within four weeks of submission to your shipper.
It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain a receipt from Post Office when returning an item as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery.
Refund will not include any postage incurred in returning the parcel.
If you received a damaged item, a image should be sent to us as soon as possible to avoid lapsing the 14-day refund period.
Fragrances will not be refunded or exchanged due to personal dislikes post purchasing if used, but if it is a matter of quality (such as presumed loss of scent) the product will be sent to the manufacturer for analysis, before considering any refund or exchange.

Cicaplast Hand Cream 50ml
Why We Chose This Product
- Cicaplast is a cream, which means it's a thick moisturiser, but not as greasy as an ointment. The thick texture is ideal for hand eczema.
- This cream contains no fragrances or colourings, so it is less likely to cause an allergic reaction (contact allergy) to the skin.
- Cicaplast also contains nicotinamide (niacinamide or Vitamin B3).
- Nicotiniamde is an anti-inflammatory ingredient. One small study showed that nicotinamide cream reduced itch and overall eczema severity compared to standard moisturisers.
- Nicotinamide increases ceramides and other lipids (oils) found naturally in the skin. Two small studies showed that nicotinamide improves hydration in the skin compared to standard moisturisers.
- There are lots of different creams on the market try, we chose cicaplast cream from our experience and patient feedback.
Cautions
- Use of moisturisers in the bath can or shower be a slip hazard
- Moisturisers are flammable. Over long periods moisturisers can build-up on fabric (clothing, bedding etc), making these materials flammable. Washing clothing and bedding may reduce this build-up but not totally remove it.
- Cicaplast does contain some preservatives so there is a small risk of allergic reaction. For people with allergy prone skin, ointments such as Epaderm ointment are better. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients listed.
